Editorial Policy: How We Review Products
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Our principles
- Independence. Brands cannot pay for a review or a better rating. Affiliate commissions never influence our verdicts.
- Evidence first. We base claims on human studies where possible and say clearly when research is limited.
- No disease claims. We don't say a supplement treats, cures or prevents any disease.
- Plain language. We explain studies in words anyone can follow.
Our review criteria
- Ingredients and doses: are doses disclosed and in the range used in studies?
- Evidence: each key ingredient is rated Strong, Moderate, Limited or Insufficient.
- Safety: side effects, interactions and who should avoid the product.
- Transparency: manufacturer details, third-party testing, label accuracy.
- Value: price per serving, bundle pricing and refund terms.
Testimonials and claims
We don't publish invented testimonials or results. When we quote a seller's claim, we label it as the seller's claim and say whether evidence supports it.
Updates and corrections
We review our content regularly and update it when new research or product changes appear. Every page shows a "last updated" date. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it promptly.
